- Check in time is from 14:00, check out time is until 12:00.
- Daily rest is only possible in standard rooms and apartments, from
10:00 until 18:00 and is being charged 50% of the regular prices.
The accommodation price includes:
- Accommodation for one night at Bed & Breakfast basis;
- Use of Wi-Fi internet in entire property;
- Use of parking lot upon availability (on request);
- VAT.
The accommodation price does not include:
- City tax that costs 130,00 RSD (approx. 1.10 EUR) per person, per
day (children from 7 until 15 years are paying 50% of the city tax
price);
Additional person - Conditions:
- Children from 0 until 3 years are staying free of charge;
- Children from 3 until 7 years using an existing bedding, are staying free of charge;
- Use of extra bed are being charged 20 EUR per night.
Payment conditions and guarantee:
- 30% in advance as the confirmation of reservation, the rest can be paid no later than 72 hours prior to arrival of the guests;
- The reservation can be guaranteed and paid using a valid Credit
Cards (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Dina and American Express). It is
necesarry to provide the Credit Card details (authorization form is
being sent upon request). The Hotel holds the right to pre-authorize the
amount for guarantee, until the moment of final payment.;
- The prices are shown in EUR, while the payment is in serbian dinars
calculated using the middle exchange rate of NBS valid on the day of
payment;
- Hotel Putnik holds the right to use the special pricelists for the
accommodation in the time of “EXIT FESTIVAL” as well as International
Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad.
Cancellation policy:
- The reservation can be cancelled free of carge no later then 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
- In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the arriving time), or in case of no show:
- The first night will be charged, if the reservation considers 1-3 roomnights;
- 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged, if the reservation considers 4 and more roomnights
